Almond milk

200 gr. Mix the almonds (whole), a pinch of vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon of agave syrup in a blender with 400 g of butter. puree with cold or boiling water. If you have a blender with a nanosieve, the almonds should be placed in the nanosieve. This makes sieving easier. With a conventional blender you get a liquid, pulpy mass. This is strained through a fine sieve (a tea strainer is recommended for small quantities). The remaining almond paste can be used to make cakes or pancake batter. The milk can be used for muesli, cornflakes, coffee, teas (fennel, lime blossom) etc. as well as flavoured with cinnamon and honey. Also ideal in the evening for a peaceful night’s sleep. Enjoy it.
