A good nutritional therapy considers food as information on different levels:

  • Food is the material form of in – form – ation.
    Words, the soul form of ideas,
    inner voice is the mental form of information.
  • physical information intake with solid or / and liquid foods
  • mental information intake with worries, sorrows, fears … but also joys, moments of happiness …
  • spiritual information intake as inspiration and positively charged energy food (prayers, affirmations..)

There are different types of nutrition – constitutiontypes and therefore different diets. With this knowledge, through a conscious lifestyle and with the “right” diet, disease risks can be reduced:

  • like Diabetes,
  • Gout
  • Rheumatism
  • Arthroses
  • Reduce blood pressure problems.
  • Prevent obesity and make significant contributions to health and performance.
  • also chronic diseases, cancer is treated with adapted nutrition with success.

Nutritional optimization also asks:

  • What makes you fat and what keeps you slim?
  • Are light products really diet?
  • Why can some people eat as much as they want without putting on an ounce of weight, and others gain weight at the mere sight of a food?
