A good nutritional therapy considers food as information on different levels:
- Food is the material form of in – form – ation.
Words, the soul form of ideas,
inner voice is the mental form of information. - physical information intake with solid or / and liquid foods
- mental information intake with worries, sorrows, fears … but also joys, moments of happiness …
- spiritual information intake as inspiration and positively charged energy food (prayers, affirmations..)
There are different types of nutrition – constitutiontypes and therefore different diets. With this knowledge, through a conscious lifestyle and with the “right” diet, disease risks can be reduced:

- Gout
- Rheumatism
- Arthroses
- Reduce blood pressure problems.
- Prevent obesity and make significant contributions to health and performance.
- also chronic diseases, cancer is treated with adapted nutrition with success.
Nutritional optimization also asks:
